What we solve

Signs something has become a problem

Common situations the assessment uncovers and turns into items in the improvement plan.

01
01

Bottlenecks

Steps where work piles up and slows down the entire flow.

02

Rework

Data entered twice, corrections, and back-and-forth between teams.

03

Manual work

Spreadsheets and side controls that could be automated.

04

Unreliable information

Data that differs across teams, and decisions without a trustworthy basis.

05

System gaps

Processes your current system doesn't cover, or covers poorly.

06

Disconnected systems

Tools that don't talk to each other and need manual integration.

Services

From assessment to ongoing evolution

We start by understanding the company. What comes next follows the size and nature of each improvement, and how you choose to work with us.

02
Starting point

Assessment

Processes, systems, data, and people analyzed in eight weeks. The result is a prioritized improvement plan: what to do, why, and in what order.

Duration
8 weeks
Scope
The whole company
Deliverable
Improvement plan

Improvements

Process, system, or governance adjustments with a smaller scope and a quick return.

Projects

Larger initiatives from the plan, with defined scope, milestones, and team.

Ongoing advisory

Technology strategy, systems, data, infrastructure, security, and vendors, with our team on hand month after month.

Coordination

A third-party vendor delivers the work and we coordinate it.

Focus Process improvementDigital transformation

We don't direct your operations, except where systems are involved.

How we work

Our model in three ideas

What guides the way we work with every client.

03
01

Commitment on your terms

Hire us stage by stage or keep us on continuously. Either way, the plan never locks you in: what we deliver stays yours.

02

Assessment comes first

Whichever path you choose, the first eight weeks are the same assessment, with scope and timeline set from the start. How it is paid for depends on the path.

03

We decide item by item

The result is an improvement plan. Each item goes through its own triage before it goes into execution.

In practiceAfter the assessment, you decide what to execute, in what order, and with whom.

About not-a-problem

Consulting with no strings attached

We help companies improve their processes and move forward with digital transformation, with clear scope and decisions always in the client's hands.

01

The whole company in view

We look at processes, systems, data, and people together, not at one isolated team.

02

Everything agreed before we start

Scope, timeline, and investment are defined before we start, whichever path you choose.

03

You choose who does the work

Your team, us, both together, or a third party. Our proposal is an option, not an obligation.

04

Every stage stands on its own

What we deliver stays useful even if you decide not to continue.

Engagement models

Ways to work with us

Same assessment, same plan, same decisions. What changes is how you contract us and how far we go together.

FAQ

Before we start

Didn't find what you were looking for? Talk to us.

Do I have to hire you for the implementation?

No. Who carries out each approved item is always your call: your team, us, both together, or a third party. Stage by stage, each item is its own contract. With continuous advisory, executing the items is already covered by the monthly hours, but the choice is still yours.

How long does the assessment take?

Eight weeks: four of discovery (interviews, site visits, process mapping, and a systems inventory) and four of analysis, ending with the delivery of the improvement plan.

How is the assessment priced?

It depends on the path. Stage by stage, the assessment is a fixed price, with scope, timeline, and investment defined before we start and scope changes handled through a change order. With continuous advisory there is no separate price: the assessment is the first eight weeks of the contract, covered by the monthly fee.

What do I get at the end of the assessment?

A prioritized improvement plan. Each item includes its type (process or digital), the processes and systems involved, the problem and its cause, its priority, a suggested timeframe, and who could carry it out.

Do you get involved in running the business?

We don't give direction on your operations, except where your company's systems are involved. Our focus is process improvement and digital transformation.

What happens to items that aren't approved?

Deferred items stay in the plan for a future round. Items that need more analysis are refined before a decision. Discarded items are removed from the plan.

Can I start stage by stage and switch to continuous advisory later?

Yes. The assessment is the same on both paths, so nothing is repeated. Once the improvement plan is in hand, you can execute items one contract at a time or move to a monthly arrangement that covers them.

Can you lead our technology team?

Yes, within continuous advisory and by written agreement. The leadership is technical and delivery-focused. Hiring, performance reviews, pay, and working hours stay with you.
