01The problem
In factories, camera footage is only reviewed after an incident. Nobody can watch dozens of screens at once, ordinary motion alerts are too noisy, and plant networks are not always available.
How the solution works
-
01
Detect motionIT team · installs the agent
-
02
Record locally
-
03
Upload to cloud
-
04
Analyze with AI

05

AlertSafety team · gets the alert
02What we did
We built a lightweight agent that runs on machines the factory already has: it records only when there is motion, saves to local disk first, and uploads when the network allows. In the cloud, an AI model checks the frames against rules written in plain language, such as "is anyone without a hard hat?", assembles a short evidence clip, and sends the alert.
03What it changes
The safety team gets the alert, with the evidence, when the problem happens, not days later. No new cameras, and no need for the network to be up all the time.
