Daily prices calculated automatically, without 100-plus spreadsheets
Each area maintains its own cost variables, and the price of each fuel is calculated automatically, with simulation of future scenarios.

01The problem
Fuel pricing depended on more than 100 spreadsheets fed by several areas. The process was so complex that the sales teams could barely operate it.
How the solution works

Enter variablesCost areas · maintain their variables

02
Define formulasPricing · defines the formulas
-
03
Calculate cost

04
Set daily price
-
05
Simulate scenariosSales team · simulates and decides
02What we did
We built a layer that hides the complexity of the calculations: each area enters and updates the cost variables it owns, and the company builds the formulas that calculate each fuel's operating cost. The daily price is generated automatically and future prices can be simulated, all connected to the ERP.
03What changed
The daily price no longer depends on spreadsheets, each area looks after only what it owns, and sales can simulate scenarios before deciding.
