01The problem
Each plant had its own way of requesting and approving contracts and powers of attorney, with emails going back and forth between legal and the business areas. Closing a contract took about 45 days on average, and confidential documents circulated with no control over who could see what.

02What we did
We built a single system to request, review, and approve contracts and powers of attorney, used by every area at every site. Each request keeps its comments in one record, confidential contracts are visible only to those allowed, and whatever is approved goes straight into the company ERP.
03What changed
Closing a contract went from about 45 days to 4, and every site now follows the same process.
