Transforming the organization by connecting leaders and teams
Leaders open time slots for anyone who wants to connect with them, and the meeting, invites, and changes take care of themselves.

01The problem
Bringing leaders closer to their teams depended on individual initiative. Setting up a conversation meant exchanging emails, building invites by hand, and tracking seats alone, and there was no single place where people could see who they could talk to, and when.
How the solution works
-

Open sessionLeaders · open and approve

03
Ask for a seatPeople · ask for a seat

Keep in syncAdmins · reprocess failures
02What we did
We built a new app where each leader opens time slots as sessions, with a number of seats, and people find the leader and ask for a seat. The leader approves or declines each request, and the online meeting, invites, rescheduling, and cancellations happen automatically. Every session and request has a visible status and a history, and an admin reprocesses anything that fails.
03What changed
Talking to leadership became part of the routine: leaders publish a session in a few steps, people follow their requests in one place, and calendar and meeting always stay in sync.
