01The problem
Every new digital product ended up rebuilding login, invites, admin roles, plan rules, usage tracking, and billing. That took weeks, and the copies disagreed about what each customer was entitled to.
How the solution works
-
01
Register orgOperators · manage the plans
-
02
Invite and grantCustomers · use the products
-
03
Hold credits
-
04
Record usage
-
05
BillFinance · follows billing
02What we did
We built a shared back office that products plug into: sign-in for people and systems, organizations, teams and invites, deny-by-default permissions, and a catalog of what each product sells. Prepaid credits are held while work runs and charged only when it succeeds, billing is protected against double charges, and the whole change history is immutable.
03What it changes
A new product starts with sign-up, access, and billing ready, and every product follows the same rule about what each customer may use.
More cases
Contracts and powers of attorney closed in days, not weeks
Contract and power-of-attorney requests now run through a single flow across every area and site, with confidentiality where it matters.
View case →Unplanned payments released in hours
One process, the same at every site, to request reimbursements and unplanned payments to suppliers.
View case →Daily prices calculated automatically, without 100-plus spreadsheets
Each area maintains its own cost variables, and the price of each fuel is calculated automatically, with simulation of future scenarios.
