01The problem
Automation scripts tend to be scattered and run by hand, machine by machine, with no consistent history, no way to know which machines drifted, and no safe way to update and roll back.
How the solution works
-
01
Approve scriptOperations team · approves and triggers
-
02
Distribute bundle
-
03
Run or schedule
-
04
Record historyAudit · reviews the history
-
05
Detect drift
02What we did
We built a tool that keeps a catalog of approved scripts, runs and schedules each one with a time limit, hides secrets in the output, and keeps the history. Machines trust each other directly, with no central server, and receive signed automation bundles, with drift detection and rollback.
03What it changes
Whoever looks after a fleet of computers can run automations in a standard, auditable way, on any operating system, without depending on central infrastructure.
More cases
Contracts and powers of attorney closed in days, not weeks
Contract and power-of-attorney requests now run through a single flow across every area and site, with confidentiality where it matters.
View case →Unplanned payments released in hours
One process, the same at every site, to request reimbursements and unplanned payments to suppliers.
View case →Customers and suppliers request their own registration, with every area in control
Outside companies request registration and send their documents, and each area approves its part before anything reaches the ERP.
