Customers and suppliers request their own registration, with every area in control

Outside companies request registration and send their documents, and each area approves its part before anything reaches the ERP.

01The problem

Registering a new customer or supplier involved quality, compliance, finance, and legal, each with its own document and security requirements. The process had many manual steps, including the credit analysis, and depended on email exchanges with the outside company.

02What we did

We built a portal where customers and suppliers request registration and send their documents themselves, and an approval flow that goes through each responsible area. Everything integrates with external systems and the ERP, meeting the security requirements of a process this size.

03What changed

Manual steps are gone from the process, including the credit analysis, and approved registrations reach the ERP with no retyping.
